Secure card collection on Garanti BBVA payment infrastructure
Tami is Garanti BBVA’s payment solution for merchants. When you connect Tami to your Fladrio store, customers pay with credit or debit cards under 3D Secure. The collection result posts to the order automatically; card data is never stored on your store server.

Setup steps

Open and get approval for your Tami merchant account via Garanti BBVA.

From the Tami panel obtain the API / merchant credentials needed for integration.

In Fladrio store admin open Payment settings and select Tami.

Enter the details and save in test (sandbox) mode.
- 5
Place a test-card order, confirm payment posts to the order, then go live.

Please note
Tami fees and installment terms follow your Garanti BBVA / Tami contract. Fladrio packages are fixed annually; there is no extra platform commission on your revenue.

No. Transaction fees follow your contract with Garanti BBVA / Tami. Fladrio does not take platform revenue commission on your sales.
Can I use Tami with other payment methods?

Yes. Enable Tami for card collection and keep wire transfer or cash on delivery on the same store.
Are Garanti virtual POS and Tami the same?

Tami is Garanti BBVA’s merchant payment product. It is listed separately from classic bank virtual POS in Fladrio; we clarify which product fits you with your bank or on a demo call.
