How to set up payment infrastructure and virtual POS?

Payment infrastructure is the step where the customer completes the purchase. You can manage payment institutions, bank virtual POSs, money transfer/EFT and payment on delivery from the same place from the Integrations → Payment & POS screen in the Fladrio store management panel.

Where to open?

   Enter the store management panel.

   Open the Integrations group from the menu on the left.

   Click Payment & POS.

   Select the tab of the method you will use (iyzico, PayTR, N Kolay, Tami, bank POSs, money transfer, cash on delivery, etc.).

Supported methods

• ✓Payment institutions — iyzico, PayTR, N Kolay, Garanti BBVA Tami
• ✓Bank virtual POS — Akbank, Garanti BBVA, Yapı Kredi, QNB, İş Bankası, VakıfBank, Ziraat, Kuveyt Türk, DenizBank, Halkbank, TEB, Anadolubank, HSBC, Albaraka, ING, Citibank, Türkiye Finans, Şekerbank, Odeabank, Fibabanka, Alternatif Bank, Adabank
• ✓Money Order / EFT
• ✓Cash at the door and credit card at the door

General installation steps

   Open and confirm your merchant / virtual POS account with the relevant provider.

2. 2

   Copy the API key, merchant number or secret information from the provider panel.

3. 3

   On the Fladrio Payment & POS screen, open the relevant tab and enter the information.

   Save in test/sandbox mode first.

5. 5

   Try payment flow with a test card or a low amount order.

6. 6

   Check that the order status is updated correctly.

7. 7

   If verification is ok, go to live mode.

Money order / EFT and payment on delivery

• ✓Remittance — Define IBAN and statement instruction; Confirm the order when payment arrives
• ✓Payment at the door - a collectible shipment agreement with your cargo company is a must
• ✓Service fee and basket amount limit can be defined at the door
