How do I start connecting to a marketplace?
Preparation before marketplace integration, product matching, stock synchronization and common mistakes.
Marketplace integration allows you to manage your products and stock from a single panel. When set up correctly, you will avoid the trouble of keeping track of stock in two separate places; When installed incorrectly, there is a risk of selling a non-existent product.
before you start
- ✓You must have a verified seller account on the relevant marketplace
- ✓You need to get your API access information from your marketplace panel
- ✓Your products must be full of barcode information
- ✓Your variant structure (size, color) should be regular
Installation order

Enter the connection information and run the connection test.

Complete product matching — which of your products corresponds to which listing in the marketplace.

Check the pairing; Correct any missing or incorrect matches.

Open order picking and verify incoming orders.
- 5
Turn on latest stock sync.
Warning
Do not turn on stock sync until product matching is complete. Stock updates on mismatched products may produce unexpected results.
Common mistakes
- ✓Not matching individual variants — resulting in size-based stock errors
- ✓Determining the channel price without taking into account the marketplace commission
- ✓Not leaving safety stock in critical products
- ✓Not running the connection test again before the peak campaign period
