How do I connect my domain name?
What you need to know about redirecting your existing domain name to your Fladrio store, getting a new domain name and www redirection.
Your store runs on your own domain name. If you already have a domain name, you will need to update the forwarding settings, otherwise you will need to get a new domain name.
If you have an existing domain name

Enter the administration panel of the company (registry provider) from which you purchased your domain name.

DNS or open the domain management section.

Enter the referral records that our support team forwarded to you.

Save it and wait for it to spread.
Tip
Our support team will inform you which records you will enter during installation. Don't delete your existing records until you're sure — if your email service is running on the same domain, it could be affected.
Warning
If you use corporate email on your domain, do not touch the MX records. Only update records related to web redirection. If in doubt, take a screenshot of existing records and send it to us.
If you don't have a domain name
When choosing a new domain name, make sure it is short, catchy and compatible with your brand. If you are selling to the Turkish market, .com or .com.tr are common choices. We can provide guidance during the demo meeting regarding domain name procurement.
Address with and without www
Visitors can write the address both with and without www. Both addresses must go to the same store and one must redirect to the other; This setting is defined during installation. It is important for search engines that a single address be the main address.
