Cash on delivery boosts conversion for customers who don’t trust cards or are shopping for the first time. In Fladrio you can enable cash-on-delivery and card-on-delivery, set a service fee, and limit which carriers and basket amounts it applies to.

Setup steps

Agree cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments with your carrier.

In Fladrio admin open Payments & POS and enable cash / card on delivery.

Place a test order and confirm the option appears at checkout.

Please note
Return rates on cash on delivery can be higher than card payments. A service fee helps balance that risk.
