Where do I see my subscription and its expiration date?
Subscription status, expiration date, renewal amount and what needs to be done before the period expires on the panel.
All of your subscription information is available on the Overview screen in your panel. Here you will see your active package, expiration date, renewal amount and license key.
What you see on the screen
- ✓Subscription status — Active or None
- ✓Package name and renewal amount
- ✓end date
- ✓license key
- ✓Order history table
Tip
When the end date approaches, a reminder banner appears on the panel and notification is sent to your registered e-mail address.
What happens if time expires?
Once the subscription expires, your store access will be affected. We recommend that you complete the renewal before the end date to avoid any interruptions. You can renew from the Buy Package section of your panel.
Warning
Data retention time is limited for accounts that have gone a long time without renewal. If you plan to return after a long break, let us know in advance.
