What is a license key, what does it do?
What the license key means, where it is displayed, its validity period and with whom it should not be shared.
The license key is the ID that represents your store's right to use the Fladrio infrastructure. It is valid for the duration of the subscription period and is associated with the registration that enables your store to operate.
Where do I see it?
On the Overview screen in your dashboard, your license key appears below the subscription information. You can copy the key by clicking on it.
What should you pay attention to?
- ✓Your license key renews with your subscription period
- ✓Sharing the key when opening a support request can speed up the process.
- ✓Do not share the key in public places (social media, forum, screenshot)
Warning
Your license key is unique to your account. There is no need to share it with third parties; No one other than Fladrio should ask you for this information.
