What is disk and traffic quota and how to track it?
Monitoring your disk and traffic usage from the panel, preventing quota from expiration and visual optimization.
Each package includes a certain disk space and monthly traffic allowance. Disk space is used for your product images and files, and traffic is used for the data that visitors download from the site.
Where do I see usage?
The Overview screen in your dashboard has an area that shows your disk and traffic usage. Here you will see the used quantity, remaining quantity and occupancy rate.
To use disk space efficiently
- ✓Size product images before uploading them; No need for 3000px wide photos
- ✓Upload images by compressing them — file size is drastically reduced before any loss of quality is noticed
- ✓Avoid uploading unnecessary images of the same product
- ✓Clean up old images that you removed from the product you sell
Affecting traffic usage
- ✓Your number of visitors
- ✓Uploaded image size per page
- ✓Video usage
- ✓Sudden traffic increases from advertising campaigns
Tip
If your quota occupancy is constantly high, upgrading to a higher package is the healthiest solution. If you expect a temporary increase during campaign periods, please let us know in advance.
Warning
Large unoptimized images not only consume quota; It also negatively affects your conversion rate by reducing your page opening speed.
