How do I update my account information?
Updating your name, telephone and e-mail information, defining a notification e-mail and changing your password.
You can update your contact information from the My Account section of your panel. This information is used in support correspondence, subscription reminders and billing processes.
Information you can update
- ✓name surname
- ✓phone number
- ✓Password
Tip
If your login email needs to change, open a support case. Since the e-mail address is the identity of your account, changes are made in a controlled manner.
Notification email
If you want support request notifications to go to a different address (for example, to a common support address), you can forward this to us. This way, more than one person from your team can follow the correspondence.
Warning
It is important to keep your contact information up to date. Subscription expiration reminders and critical notifications are sent to your registered address.
