How do I log in to the panel?
Introduction to the Fladrio customer panel, which sections are in the panel and its difference with store management.
You access your Fladrio panel from the Input connection on the fladrio.com. You log in with the email and password you specified during purchase.
What's on the panel?
- ✓Overview — subscription status, your store domain, license key, disk and traffic usage, order history
- ✓Buy a package — package renewal and upgrade
- ✓AI Credit — Credit balance and top-up for AI vehicles
- ✓Support Requests — opening a request and tracking correspondence
- ✓My Account — contact information and password change
Tip
The Fladrio panel and the store management panel are separate from each other. The Fladrio panel manages your subscription and support processes; Product, order and customer transactions are made in your store management panel.
If you can't log in
- ✓Make sure you typed your email address correctly
- ✓If you don't remember your password, use the password reset flow
- ✓You may be using an old password that your browser autofills; clear the area and write by hand
