I forgot my password, what should I do?
Password reset steps, things to check when you don't receive a reset email, and strong password suggestions.
If you do not remember your password, you can set a new password using the "I forgot my password" link on the login screen.
Steps

On the login screen, click the “I forgot my password” link.

Enter your email address registered to your account.

Click on the reset link sent to your email.

Set and save your new password.
- 5
Log in with your new password.
Tip
The reset link is valid for a limited time for security reasons. If it has expired, you will need to start the process over again.
If no e-mail is received
- ✓Check your spam/junk folder
- ✓Make sure you typed the email address registered to your account correctly.
- ✓If you are using corporate email, the server may have blocked filters; try with a different address
- ✓Wait a few minutes and try again
Strong password suggestions
- ✓Use at least 12 characters
- ✓Mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
- ✓Do not reuse the password you have used on other sites.
- ✓Consider using a password manager
