Our recommendations for account security
Basic security practices you should apply to protect your store and panel accounts.
E-commerce accounts are valuable targets for attackers due to the customer and payment data they contain. The following basic practices significantly reduce the risk.
Password management
- ✓Use separate and long passwords for each service
- ✓Do not share passwords via email or text
- ✓When someone leaves the team, remove their access and change shared passwords
- ✓Store strong passwords using a password manager
Access management
- ✓Open an account for each employee; Do not use a joint account
- ✓Give people only the authority they need to do their job
- ✓Review the access list regularly
Beware of phishing attacks
- ✓Be wary of emails asking for a password; check the sender address before clicking the link
- ✓Enter the panel address by typing it into your browser yourself.
- ✓Do not respond to phone calls requesting payment information or password
- ✓When you receive a suspicious email, report it to us

The Fladrio team will not ask for your password under any circumstances. If you receive a text or call asking for your password, do not respond and let us know.
