How to install Google Tag Manager (GTM)?
Adding GTM container to the store panel, managing GA4 and Ads tags from GTM.
Google Tag Manager allows you to manage Analytics, Ads and other tags without adding code to the site every time. In the Fladrio store panel, you enter the container ID once; the rest of the tags are managed via tagmanager.google.com.
Container creation in GTM
- 1
Enter tagmanager.google.com.
- 2
Create account and Web container.
- 3
Copy the container ID (in format GTM-XXXXXXX).
Add to store panel
- 1
Marketing → Digital Marketing → Add Script.
- 2
Select the Google Tag Manager template.
- 3
In the GTM ID field, enter GTM-XXXXXXX.
- 4
Save; Make sure the script is active.
Tip
The template places both head and body (noscript) code in the correct places. You don't need to re-paste the codes elsewhere.
What to do next on GTM?
- ✓Google tag for GA4 (Measurement ID: G-XXXXXXX)
- ✓Google Ads conversion tracking tag
- ✓Other marketing labels if needed
- ✓Test with Preview mode → Publish
Warning
After adding GTM, do not also add the “Google Analytics 4” pattern with the same Measurement ID; you count the traffic twice.
